Mentoring Program
YARA believes in the power of shared knowledge. In partnership with Worldview.org, our mentoring program connects employees with experienced industry mentors. This program includes formal and informal meetings to facilitate knowledge transfer and relationship building.
Training
In collaboration with TAFE NSW, YARA offers a bespoke Cert III qualification in civil construction, fully funded and delivered in-house for First Nation applicants.
The syllabus is designed to meet modern job-site requirements and ensure high completion rates. Combined with our mentoring initiative, this program provides a strong foundation for newcomers to the industry.
